SHIPMENTS
 
The average delivery time of the products is 7/8 working days;
 
All orders received from Tuesday to Friday will be processed within the next day, while orders received over the weekend will be processed on Tuesday morning after;
 
For shipments in Europe at the time of shipment of the order, the customer will be sent an email with the tracking number provided by the Courier, through which he can follow the delivery status at any time, by accessing the website of the courier;
 
The products ordered will be sent to the address you specify in the order form;
 
Deliveries will be made by courier Monday to Friday, during normal business hours, excluding public holidays. Delivery is considered completed when the product is available to the user at the delivery address specified in the order form;
 
In case of non-delivery to the recipient is absent at the address specified in the order form, the courier will leave a card to certify the delivery attempt. On the card will be shown the phone number that the user must contact the courier to request that you make a second delivery attempt. After two fruitless attempts at delivery, the package will "in stock".
